About Tanner GochenaurI strive to treat others the way I would want to be treated. In interacting with others, there is nothing more important than my relationship with them and doing everything I can to assist and simplify the buying and selling process. Honesty, integrity, respect, and hard work are the core principles I work by.
Professional Experience: Although I just recently obtained my own license, my father has been licensed for nearly 10 years. The majority of those years, I worked closely with him behind the scenes, entering MLS listings, taking pictures of properties, and pulling data. So while I may be new to the main role, I’ve had the benefit of exposure to the workings of the business for the past several years.
Education: Graduate of Lancaster Mennonite School – 2008
Professional Affiliation: Member of the National Association of Realtors, Pennsylvania Association of Realtors, and the Realtor’s Association of York and Adams Counties.
Personal Background: I was born in Willow Street and lived on a dairy farm until 1996 when my family moved to a farm in York County. Prior to becoming a real estate agent, I worked full time on our family farm where we grow organic, free range chickens. Because of this, I have a handle on the farming life and the wants and needs of the farming community. My wife Melanie and I have a son Nolan and reside in Airville. I’ve always enjoyed being outdoors and the quiet of the country. I also enjoy meeting new people and getting to know them and that is a big part of why I decided to pursue a career in Real Estate. My hobbies include hunting, hiking, and playing baseball, softball and volleyball.
