Professional Experience: Kim has worked in the sales and customer service field for over 30 years. For 15 years Kim worked in direct sales for 2 different companies where she was a manager and sales leader. During this time she loved getting to know her customers, fellow sales field and meeting all the challenges of meeting goals and staying motivated while still raising 3 kids at home. After this she opened up a “batting cage” facility that hosted all kinds of fitness training and family fun activities, this had always been a dream but after 3 years she decided that it wasn’t flexible enough in raising her family. In 2012, Kim decided to finally take her hobby of real estate to a professional position and after passing her test and starting at Hostetter she felt like she was “finally home”. Nothing felt more natural then helping her customers find the right fit for the next step in residency. Now after 10 fast years Kim is still loving most days in her career and know that each customer, house, seller, buyer and situation will be different. The flexibility working as a realtor has allowed her to travel and be there for all the events for her now grown children.
Education: Kim earned her B.A. in Psychology in 1994 from Millersville University and graduated from Pequea Valley High School in 1991. Kim has taken many courses on customer service, decorating, renovating, time management and management. She is currently taking classes to complete her real estate broker license.

Professional Philosophy: I believe through listening to my clients that I can help find them or sell them a home that best suits their needs. Selling and purchasing a home are big decisions and honesty, integrity and customer service is owed to the customer. The customer service that one gives is what makes the biggest difference in business today.
