Professional Experience: Doug earned his Pennsylvania real estate salesperson license in 1987, and his Broker’s license in 2002. He has also served on the Lancaster County Association of Realtors Board of Directors and various committees within the Lancaster Board of Realtors. He has served as a State Director for Pennsylvania Association of Realtors. He was elected as the 2006 President of the Lancaster County Association of Realtors. He also serves as Treasurer and Vice President for Alpha-Delta Association Housing Corporation.
Education: Doug graduated from Pequea Valley, the school district of this area. He also earned his Bachelor’s Degree from Penn State. Doug is a Graduate of the Realtor’s Institute (GRI) and has earned the designation of CSP (Certified New Homes Sales Professional).
