Alex also assists clients with understanding homeowners’ associations (HOAs), condominium documents, bylaws, association fees, resale restrictions, and community rules that can impact long-term ownership and day-to-day living. His background in commercial construction provides additional value when helping clients evaluate construction quality, floor plans, builder offerings, and long-term homeownership considerations.
Alex has experience with commercial property acquisitions, investment property sales, commercial leasing, landlord representation, tenant representation, commercial property management, residential transactions, land sales, Ag land, and 1031 exchange transactions designed to support long-term investment and tax-deferred real estate strategies. He also has practical experience coordinating transactions involving multiple tenants, long-term lease negotiations, zoning and land-use matters, subdivision opportunities, municipal approvals, commercial property operations, and investment underwriting.

Having firsthand experience working on multiple farms growing up, Alex also understands the practical side of agricultural properties, land use, access, farm operations, and the day-to-day realities that come with owning and operating agricultural real estate in Lancaster County.
His educational background through Brownstown CTC with a focus on commercial construction provides additional practical perspective on construction methods, building systems, renovation potential, property condition, and long-term maintenance considerations. Alex combines real-world investor experience with hands-on knowledge of commercial properties, residential real estate, land development, leasing, farms, and investment strategy throughout Lancaster County and Central Pennsylvania.
Alex has completed CCIM 101 coursework through the CCIM Institute, strengthening his foundation in commercial real estate investment analysis, financial evaluation, market analysis, and commercial real estate strategy. He is also a member of the Lancaster County Association of Realtors.
