Kore is a licensed realtor & auctioneer serving PA & MD. Kore grew up on a dairy farm in Lancaster County, PA where working hard to complete a mission was what needed to be done. After 20 years of construction and being a co-owner for a construction company that worked in the entire PA & Mid-Atlantic area, he started his real estate career with the desire to help others.
During the recession and after years of owning real estate investments and buying and selling real estate, Kore decided to leave the construction company and become a full time real estate agent. Kore’s desire is to help people with their investments and avoid the mistakes buyers/sellers often make unless they have the correct guidance and leadership.
Kore’s passion is serving others and spending time with his wife and wonderful children, which God has shared with them. He also enjoys Missionary work, hunting and sports.
Kore brings experience in selling: farms, commercial properties, hunting properties, multi-unit investment buildings and residential properties. His goal is to put his clients first and operate in a highly professional and honest manner. Kore doesn’t only help his clients in buying or selling, but also stays involved through the entire process from start to finish. This includes, financing, title work, subdivision, etc.
