Professional Experience: I started off my career in banking at CoreStates/Hamilton Bank and then Lebanon Valley National Bank where I spent 12+ years. My last position held was that of Vice President & Controller which I left after a bank merger. After banking, I spent a number of years working for or with small businesses on business operations as a CFO, Controller or a business consultant. In 2011, I joined Casual Living Unlimited and their sister company Trigon Plastics as their CFO and Director of Human Resources. In May 2017 I formed “DC Strategic Management LLC”. My primary focus is working with entrepreneurs, small business owners or investors to lead to the successful acquisition or sale of a business or real estate property.
I obtained my real estate license in 2003 and recently started working with Hostetter Realty. It is my plan to continue to work with commercial as well as residential clients.
Education: Coatesville High School, Millersville University (BS Business Administration/Accounting), Central Atlantic School of Banking, LCAR Real Estate Licensing Coursework & Continuing Education, H&R Block Tax Coursework.
Professional Philosophy: In order to achieve a successful result and achieve maximum value you must first develop a successful plan, be willing to put forth the effort and stay focused on the objective. If you develop a successful team you will have a successful business.

Personal Background: My family currently lives in Bowmansville where we have been since 1987. We have two children, Brad and Leanna. Brad and his wife Victoria recently welcomed their first child on Memorial Day. Leanna graduated from Garden Spot in Spring 2017 and is now attending Bloomsburg.
I spent a number of years coaching youth basketball and youth soccer as well as coaching the high school JV boys soccer team at Garden Spot. I enjoy bike riding and try to get in a number of 100 mile plus rides a year. Within the next couple of years, I would like to ride coast to coast.
